Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the website www.easyrupeeloan.com or any of its associated digital lending services, web application ("Platform"), operated by Agarwal Assignments Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at B-1/628, First Floor, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058.
By accessing the Platform, submitting a loan application, clicking "I Agree / I Accept", or using any of our Services, you ("Customer", "User", "Borrower") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
These Terms are governed by and shall be read in conjunction with the RBI (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023, the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, and all other applicable laws and regulations of India.

1. Definitions

The following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
"Platform" / "Web": The website www.easyrupeeloan.com and its associated web Digital Lending Application (DLA) operated by Agarwal Assignments Pvt. Ltd. for facilitating loan services.
"Company" / "We" / "LSP": Agarwal Assignments Pvt. Ltd., acting as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) / Digital Lending Application (DLA) operator as defined under RBI (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025.
"Regulated Entity" / "RE" / "Lender": The RBI-regulated bank or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) that is the actual lender, approves the loan, and disburses funds directly into the borrower's bank account. The identity of the RE is disclosed to you in the Key Fact Statement (KFS) and Sanction Letter at the time of loan approval.
"Customer" / "You" / "Borrower": Any individual aged 18 years or above who accesses, uses, or registers on the Platform to apply for or manage a loan.
"Loan": The personal loan or credit facility applied for through the Platform, sanctioned and disbursed by the Regulated Entity (Lender) in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.
"Loan Agreement": The written or digital contract executed between the Lender and the Borrower containing specific terms of the loan — including loan amount, interest rate (Annual Percentage Rate / APR), tenure, EMI schedule, processing fees, prepayment charges, and penal charges.
"Key Fact Statement (KFS)": A standardized one-page summary document provided to you before execution of the Loan Agreement, disclosing all costs, charges, and terms of the loan in a clear and comparable format, as mandated by RBI (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025 (Para 8).
"Services": All features, tools, content, and functionalities available on the Platform, including loan application processing, credit assessment facilitation, repayment management, and customer support.

2. Nature of Our Services

Agarwal Assignments Pvt. Ltd. operates as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) and facilitates digital lending on behalf of its Regulated Entity (RE) partner. We are not a bank or NBFC and do not lend money directly. All credit decisions, loan approvals, and disbursements are made solely by our partner RE.
Our role includes customer acquisition, digital on-boarding, KYC facilitation, credit data collection, and loan servicing support — all in compliance with RBI's outsourcing guidelines and the RBI (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025.
Important: All loan disbursements are made directly into your registered bank account by the Regulated Entity. Funds are never routed through any third-party or intermediary account, in compliance with RBI directions.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services and apply for a loan, you must:
  • Be a citizen of India and a resident of India
  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application
  • Have a valid PAN card and Aadhaar number
  • Have an active bank account in your name
  • Have a valid mobile number and email address
  • Meet the credit assessment criteria of our partner Regulated Entity
We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet eligibility criteria without being required to assign reasons for such rejection.

4. Loan Application Process

a) Application: You may apply for a loan by completing the digital application form on our Platform and submitting all required documents for KYC and credit assessment.
b) Key Fact Statement (KFS): Before you execute any Loan Agreement, we will provide you with a KFS in a standardized format disclosing: loan amount, Annual Percentage Rate (APR), all fees and charges, EMI amount, repayment schedule, prepayment terms, and penal charges. The KFS will be sent to your registered email/mobile via digitally signed copy before loan execution. Please read the KFS carefully before accepting the loan.
c) Sanction & Disbursement: If your loan is approved by the Lender, a Sanction Letter will be issued to you. Funds will be disbursed directly into your registered bank account by the Regulated Entity. No deductions will be made from the disbursed loan amount towards platform fees, processing charges, or any other charges without your explicit prior consent.
d) Cooling-Off / Look-Up Period: You have the right to cancel your loan within 1 (one) day of disbursement (cooling-off period as per RBI (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025) by repaying the principal and proportionate interest for the period of usage, without any prepayment penalty.

5. Interest Rates, Fees & Charges

All applicable interest rates, processing fees, prepayment charges, and penal interest rates are disclosed in the Key Fact Statement (KFS) and Loan Agreement before loan execution. Key principles:
  • Interest rates are expressed as Annual Percentage Rate (APR) inclusive of all fees and charges.
  • No hidden charges shall be levied beyond those disclosed in the KFS.
  • All fees and charges (including platform fees) are borne by the Lender/RE and are not charged directly to the borrower beyond what is disclosed in the KFS.
  • Penal charges, if any, for delayed repayments will be levied only on the overdue principal amount and not compounded, as per RBI Fair Practices Code.
  • Credit limits will not be enhanced automatically without your explicit request, evaluation, and documented consent.
Specific rates and charges vary based on the loan product and Lender. Please refer to your KFS for exact figures.

6. Repayment

  • Loan repayments must be made directly to the Regulated Entity's designated bank account through RBI-authorized payment channels (NACH, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, etc.).
  • Repayments must never be made in cash to any agent or intermediary.
  • EMI due dates, repayment schedule, and payment methods are specified in your Loan Agreement and KFS.
  • Timely repayment positively impacts your credit score. Defaults will be reported to Credit Information Companies (CICs) such as CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, and Equifax.
  • In case of genuine financial hardship, you may contact our Grievance Redressal Officer to discuss restructuring options, subject to the Lender's policies.

7. Prepayment & Foreclosure

You may prepay or foreclose your loan at any time. Prepayment charges, if any, will be disclosed in your KFS and Loan Agreement prior to disbursal. No prepayment penalty shall be charged beyond what is expressly disclosed in the KFS.

8. User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and loan application.
  • Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, financial status, or creditworthiness.
  • Not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
  • Inform us promptly of any change in your contact details, employment status, or financial circumstances that may affect your loan obligations.
  • Use the loan amount only for the stated purpose, if applicable.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and RBI guidelines.
Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application, cancellation of the loan, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9. KYC and Regulatory Compliance

You consent to completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process as required under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, RBI KYC Master Directions, and other applicable regulations. This includes providing your PAN, Aadhaar (for e-KYC), bank details, and other documents as required. We reserve the right to decline your application if KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

10. Credit Bureau Reporting

All loan information — including application, disbursement, repayment history, and defaults — will be reported to Credit Information Companies (CICs) such as CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, and Equifax, as mandated by the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005. You consent to such reporting by accepting these Terms.

11. Recovery and Collections

In the event of loan default or delinquency:
  • Recovery will be carried out by the Regulated Entity or its authorized recovery agents.
  • Details of the assigned recovery agent (name and contact information) will be communicated to you via email/SMS before any contact is made, as required by RBI directions.
  • Recovery agents are strictly prohibited from using threats, intimidation, harassment, abuse, or public humiliation in any form. Such conduct violates RBI guidelines and is actionable under law.
  • If you experience harassment by a recovery agent, you may immediately escalate via our Grievance Redressal mechanism or contact the RBI's CMS portal at cms.rbi.org.in.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code — is the exclusive property of Agarwal Assignments Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Platform. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Loan approval is not guaranteed and is subject to the Lender's sole discretion.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agarwal Assignments Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the processing fee, if any, paid by you in relation to the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy. We collect, store, and process your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 and RBI (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025.

We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 30 days of receipt. If your complaint remains unresolved or you are dissatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to:

  • RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme via the CMS portal or by writing to the RBI Ombudsman office in your region.

17. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our Services, regulatory requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be notified to you via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email/SMS to your registered contact. Continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

18. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without prior notice, in cases of: breach of these Terms, fraud or misrepresentation, court order or regulatory direction, or any activity that we reasonably believe may harm the Platform, other users, or third parties. Termination does not affect any outstanding loan obligations, which remain enforceable under the Loan Agreement.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through the Grievance Redressal mechanism described in Section 16.

These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in compliance with the RBI (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025; RBI Fair Practices Code for Lenders; Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023; Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002; Information Technology Act, 2000; and Google Ads Financial Products and Services Policy. They apply to all users of www.easyrupeeloan.com and its associated digital lending application.
